#DailyWritingTask Instructions for Milo!

30.8.21

It's Milo time, Churr!

...Ok Here's the instructions! Listen carefully if you want to make a milo hot or cold the easy or hot way

Here's what you need! A spoon, a cup, Milo, Microwave, Water boiler, Milk and a Water source. So first I'm gonna tell you how to make normal milo!

So we Grab a cup. Dip our tablespoon into the milo powder 2 times. Then we can choose if we want to put milk or water with the Milo. I prefer Milk because It makes you taller and at the moment I'm kind of short...Ok ok, enough of that!! And It strengthens our bones. But It's your choice! Then if you want it cold then just go and enjoy your cup of Milo but if you want it to feel like a HOT CHOCOLATE... Then get boiling water or, Get your cup of Milo and put it in the Microwave for 1 Minute. So yeah. We got everything, Now go and enjoy your Milo. But dont forget to say Churr

  1. Kia ora Baset,

I really enjoyed reading your instructions on how to make a milo. I was impressed by your strong personal voice (e.g. don't forget to say churr, but it's your choice).

Have you read other instructions? I wonder whether we format your instructions into steps that has 1. 2. 3. 4. so that it is easier for the audience to read.

    Keep up the good work!

Looking forward to your future blog posts,
    Miss Laxa

I used to have a cup of Milo when I was young. In the Summer it was made with cold milk and in Winter I had it hot with milk that was heated up in a pot on the stove. We did not have a microwave when I was little. I liked how you used the word "dip" to describe how you get the milo powder out of the container. I wonder if next time you could perhaps proof read your work before publishing, checking that you have used capital letters in the right places i.e. at the start of a sentence or for a name. I look forward to reading your next blog. From Mrs A
